Catering Officer, University Hospital

The Catering Officer Grade II will play a key role in strategically managing, coordinating and developing the catering services within Cork University Hospital.

This role will involve leading and supporting a senior team, ensuring that standards of excellence are applied and maintained in all areas of catering and nutrition, reflecting best practice and in line with legislation and EU regulations / HACCP standards and CUH catering policies and procedures.
