We are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to join our team based at the IADT, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company. 


Working Pattern:
  • 40 Hours per Week
  • 5 out of 7 Days per Week
  • Various Shift Patterns - Option to be Flexible

​​​​​The Role:
  • Manage the team in the manager's absence
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness at all times
  • Maintaining counters and serving customers
  • Ensuring that areas of work are kept to a high standard of cleanliness throughout the day
  • Completing production, wastage, temperature and cleaning records.
  • Complying with all company and legal procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, health and safety and personal requirements
  • Operating a till and cash handling duties
The Person:
  • Eligible to work in EU/EEA
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Barista Experience
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • The ability to demonstrate great team work skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
