The MMUH has approximately 700 beds at full capacity. The hospital employees approximately 4,400 staff to deliver these services.

The MMUH Theatre complex is a key component of many of our National Specialties and Specialty programs such as the Heart and Lung Transplant Program, the HIPEC program, the Major Trauma Designate Status and the National Spinal Injuries Unit. Currently, 16 operating theatres are fully operational with a plan to expand in 2026. This position will support stabilization and development of existing EHR systems and theatre utilization metrics. The MMUH Critical Care Department comprises Intensive Care Unit and High Dependency Unit. The Critical Care Division support all specialities mentioned above plus the National Adult ECMO program.

Fixed Purpose Full Time contract for a Senior Management Position within the Division of Anaesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine and in the broader CCAEST Directorate structure. Working with the Directorate Clinical Director, Chair of the Division of Anaesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine, Directorate Operations Manager has a range of responsibilities to deliver key operational and strategic objectives and ensure effective and development of the Directorate and Divisional IT and data services within allocated resources.

Candidate Key Requirements

Extensive experience in clinical systems integration, ICCA, Centricity, Natural Language Processing and multiple data analytics software applications.
