We are looking for an exceptional Business Partnerto the CEO to help turn strategy into action.
This is a highly visible role at the heart of the organisation, working directly with the CEO and Senior Management Team to drive delivery, build accountability, and maintain momentum across a complex programme of organisational change.

The Role
As CEO Business Partner, you will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into measurable results.
You will:
- Drive delivery of CRC's strategic objectives.
- Hold actions, commitments, and projects to account across the Senior Management Team.
- Track performance, risks, and organisational priorities.
- Support the CEO in driving organisational transformation and culture change.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and remove barriers to delivery.
- Develop reporting and performance frameworks that support decision-making.
- Work closely with Communications, Transformation, Data & Insights, and operational leaders to ensure organisational alignment.
- Act as a critical advisor to the CEO, providing honest feedback, challenge, and strategic support.
This is not an administrative role. It is a leadership role focused on execution, influence, and results.
Essential Experience
- Significant experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Partner, Programme Leadership, Transformation, Operations, PMO, Business Management, Consulting, Executive Office, or similar senior leadership role in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Experience driving change and delivering results in a complex organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working with senior leaders on strategic priorities.
- Project Management experience with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and ensure delivery.
- Experience using data, reporting, and performance measures to drive accountability.
- A track record of implementing change rather than simply coordinating activities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in healthcare, disability, or public service
- Lean, continuous improvement, operational excellence, or business process improvement experience.
- Experience working within highly regulated environments.
- Exposure to governance and Board-level reporting.
