Senior AssociateJob Description & Summary
At PwC, the Transformation Office team plays a pivotal role in driving change across the Firm. They bring deep expertise in project and change management, helping to shape and deliver strategic initiatives. By assessing business needs and crafting people and organisational strategies, they support the successful implementation of change and foster continuous improvement. Their guidance helps PwC strengthen its workforce, boost employee engagement, and enhance overall organisational effectiveness.In the area of change management and communications, you’ll help the Firm navigate transformation and connect effectively with stakeholders. Your role will involve partnering with the business to design change strategies, evaluate readiness, and develop communication plans that support smooth transitions. You’ll also contribute to initiatives around employee engagement, training, and cultural evolution—ensuring changes are embraced and resistance is minimised.
As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders to solve complex challenges and deliver lasting impact.
Responsibilities
Change Impact Analysis: Evaluate the effects of proposed changes on business processes, systems, and people across the organisation
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to understand change requirements and communicate effectively.
Change Planning: Assist in the development and execution of change management plans, including timelines, resources, and communication strategies.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of change activities and produce regular reports for leadership.
Training & Support: Support the creation of training materials and facilitate sessions to prepare teams for change.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and propose mitigation strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to change management processes and tools.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all changes align with Firm policies and regulatory requirements.
Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in change management, business analysis, or project coordination.
Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands.
Certification in Change Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
