Chef de Partie Apprentice
We are a very busy city centre restaurant and our focus is on good quality food, locally sourced. We make everything from scratch and have our own dedicated production kitchen on site. We operate 7 days per week. We have 5 restaurants in our group, each offering a unique dining and culinary experience, this enables us to provide opportunities to learn in a variety of kitchen environments and a wide range of culinary styles.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate and inquisitive about food. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good work ethic and keen desire to learn. Our apprentices will join our team with the support of our dedicated Apprenticeship Management Team and work with mentors, some of whom have successfully completed Apprenticeships themselves. We are dedicated to providing a positive working environment with lots of training and development opportunities both through the apprenticeship and also with many in-house courses.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proficiency in English
- Be fully eligible to work in Ireland as per current Irish Immigration Law
- Must be fully flexible weekdays, weekends, morning and evening shifts
