Chef de Partie

We are currently accepting applications for the role of Chef de Partie for the Clonakilty Park Hotel.

This role is wide, varied and encompasses assisting the existing kitchen team in producing high quality dishes for our guests. This busy kitchen provides food for a number of outlets on the complex including Twist Bar & Bistro, Café @ The Park and Food Truck @ The Park.

This award-winning hotel is open all year-round and is a firm favourite with families and leisure guests to West Cork.

Applicants will have:  

• Have previous experience working within hotels or a similar role   
• Have a passion for and genuine interest in food and new trends   
• Be a team player 
• Excellent work ethic      
• Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen      
• Fully HACCP trained with an excellent knowledge of HACCP procedures     
• Fluent English is essential

A remuneration package, including accommodation, is available for the right candidate.
