We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will take responsibility for your own section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest quality.

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

Manage stock control and minimize waste in your section.

Train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs and commis.

Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and specials.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef looking to step up.

Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen best practices.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

A passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
