Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals tailored to residents’ needs
• Plan menus in collaboration with the catering team
• Maintain food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
• Monitor food storage, stock, and cost control
• Support inspections and ensure compliance with regulations

About You

• Qualified Chef or relevant catering experience
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
• Passion for cooking and nutrition for older people
• Organised, flexible, and team-oriented
