Chef II General Hospital
HSE SouthBantry, Cork
The purpose of the post will be to provide all catering requirements to acute and residential patients and Staff within the Hospital;
- To assist with the Preparation and service of Meals to the Hospital and Residential Units in an appropriate time frame and in accordance with HIQA and HSE Nutritional Policy
- Supervise and allocate responsibilities to all relevant Kitchen Teams working within the Kitchen and Catering Department on Daily Basis
- Deputise for Chef 1 as and when Required
