CHEF Specified Purpose

Applications are invited from hardworking, flexible, team players for the position of: CHEF GRADE II SPECIFIED PURPOSE (3 YEARS) Full-time (5 over 6 roster)

Applicants should:

• Have obtained a Professional Cookery award at minimum Level 6 on National Framework of Qualifications (HFQ) or equivalent maintained by the Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI).
• An understanding of Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety.
• Have good organisational & time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong commitment to maintaining work standards and delivering a quality service to service users.
• A flexible working approach.
