Chief Consumer Officer

Drives profitability and growth across the Consumer brand portfolio with ultimate P&L accountability. Oversees commercial strategies, brand strategy, and customer base expansion while ensuring customer-centricity and market competitiveness. Collaborates across leadership to deliver enterprise-wide strategy, build innovative capabilities, and enhance brand reputation.

We’re growing fast—and we need a bold commercial leader to help us go further. As Chief Consumer Officer, you’ll drive the profitability, growth, and evolution of our consumer brand.

This is a role for someone who gets what makes customers tick—and knows how to build commercial strategies that deliver. You’ll have end-to-end accountability for performance, from brand strategy to customer base expansion.

You’ll need strong P&L leadership, a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, and the ability to build innovative propositions that put customers at the heart of our strategy.
