Chief Customer Experience Officer

Ultimately responsible for shaping and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all products, services, and physical and digital touchpoints. Tasked with building customer-centric solutions that meet the needs defined by Segment Tribes, while ensuring the development of best-in-class channel platforms to empower seamless engagement and impactful interactions.

This is more than a senior leadership role—it’s a mission. We’re looking for a visionary Chief Customer Experience Officer to shape the future of how our customers experience Three. From digital journeys to retail touchpoints, this role is about creating brilliant, human-centred experiences that make life easier and better for millions.

You’ll lead from the front, bringing people together across our business to turn insight into action and strategy into real-world impact. With full P&L ownership, this role blends strategic vision with commercial acumen, all powered by a relentless focus on customer value.

We’re looking for a commercially-savvy, data-driven leader with deep CX expertise, cross-functional leadership skills, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
