The Chief Executive of arc21 is the head of the service, principal accounting officer and principal advisor on policy issues.
The Chief Executive is responsible for leading the strategic direction and vision for arc21, managing the day to day business ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and to providing efficient and effective waste management services to the six constituent Councils.
