Chief Executive, Ards And, Borough Council

The Chief Executive is the Council’s Head of the Paid Service, Chief Financial Officer and principal adviser on policy issues.

The Chief Executive has responsibility for developing and implementing both the Community Plan and the Council’s strategic plan and objectives and ensuring the efficient, effective and equitable discharge of responsibilities of the Council as detailed in legislation.
