Chief Of Staff

Reporting into the CEO, you will fulfil the role of Chief of Staff, and act as support for the newly formed Leadership squad. You will support the CEO & leadership team in driving business priorities, enabling cross-functional collaboration & implementing and executing best practice Agile methodology.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution. You will facilitate strategic planning, executive decision-making, oversee key initiatives, and enhance
leadership effectiveness through structured planning, communication, and stakeholder management.

You will work closely with the QBR squad and Strategy lead to ensure that the Strategic direction is effectively communicated and transformed into operational plans. You will also ensure that the execution of these plans is effectively tracked and
that looped back into strategic planning.
