Role Overview

We are seeking experienced, dependable, and flexible Last Minute Nannies to join our growing team. This role involves providing emergency and short-notice childcare in family homes, ensuring children are safe, engaged, and cared for while parents attend work, events, or deal with last-minute situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality childcare at short notice in family homes
• Ensure children’s safety, wellbeing, and comfort at all times
• Organise age-appropriate activities, play, and meals/snacks if required
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents
• Arrive promptly and be adaptable to changing family needs

Essential Requirements

• Garda Vetted 
• Paediatric First Aid trained (up-to-date certification required)
• Full driver’s licence and access to own car (must be willing to travel across Dublin)
• Minimum 2 years’ professional childcare experience (nanny, babysitter, crèche, or similar)
• FETAC Level 5 Childcare or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and a caring, reliable nature
• Flexibility and availability at short notice (including evenings and weekends)
• Fluent English speakers
