Every year, Titanic Belfast brings A Magical Christmas Experience to life, inviting families to step back in time and journey to the North Pole for an unforgettable Christmas adventure.

Our Christmas Crew are at the heart of this journey, helping families feel as though they have stepped into a Christmas story from another time. From welcoming guests at Christmas Check-in and bringing festive characters to life, to guiding families through the Enchanted Forest, Mrs Claus’ Kitchen, North Pole Post Office and Toy Workshop, our Crew create magical moments at every stage before families meet Father Christmas.

We are looking for enthusiastic, warm and proactive individuals who love creating memorable experiences for children and families. You’ll combine storytelling, character, play and personalised interactions with strong customer service and operational awareness, helping every family enjoy a smooth, safe and truly magical Christmas experience.
