As CIE Data Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of CIE Data Analysts responsible for delivering high-quality data analysis, validation, MI, evidence, and analytics outputs that support the identification, remediation, and prevention of Customer Impacting Errors (CIEs) across the bank.

You will manage the delivery of analytical workstreams that support customer remediation and redress activity, ensuring outputs are accurate, fair, timely, traceable, and suitable for governance, audit, and regulatory review. This role is central to ensuring that CIE data outputs support fair customer outcomes and align with the bank’s obligations under the Consumer Protection Code, GDPR, internal policy, and relevant regulatory expectations.

You will work closely with the Senior Manager, CIE Data & Analytics Solutions, CIE Data Solutions Architects, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Technology and business CIE owners to ensure the team delivers controlled and defensible analytical outputs from source data through to customer outcomes. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of CIE data analytics workstreams, ensuring outputs support accurate, fair and timely customer remediation outcomes.
• Lead the team in delivering analysis for issue scoping, customer impact assessment, cohort validation, remediation calculations, MI, evidencing and control monitoring.
• Engage proactively with business stakeholders, CIE owners and control functions to ensure analytical outputs support effective decision making, governance and customer remediation outcomes.
• Ensure all analytical outputs are accurate, reconciled, traceable and suitable for governance, audit, regulatory review and customer outcome decisioning.
• Work closely with CIE Data Solutions Architects to ensure analytical delivery aligns with approved solution designs, calculation logic, data lineage, validation requirements and documentation standards.

Requirements:

This is a permanent role based in St. Stephen’s Green/Cork Airport Business Park(Hybrid Options available within Republic of Ireland only).
