Cinema Duty Manager
Duty Managers role in the company, is to ensure the cinemas daily policies and standards are applied. It’s a customer facing role with an emphases on customer relations. A team lead experience in a similar role or retail environment required.
Daily include and not limited to
• Customer Relations
• Cash handling
• Manage Staff on shift
• Ensure Standards or operations are being applied correctly
• Implement Companies policies
• Cash handling & banking
• Back office Admin
• Customer service
• Help review and create new cinema policies
• Problem Solving
An understanding of IT systems preferred but not essential.
