Key Responsibilities

• Implementation of the TLI Safety Charter and Life Saving Rules

• Zero Harm Target – Home Safe Every Day

• Ensuring the quality of the works meet the Clients Requirements

• Ensuring dockets are checked for all materials to ensure compliance and returned to the Supervisor

• Implementing the Stop Register when works are deemed to be unsafe

• Identification of Good Catches and Near Misses – reporting in same

About the role

Due to continued expansion and growth of our Telecoms Business Unit, TLI Group are recruiting General Operatives with a C Licence for work across Ireland.

We design, build and maintain vital services, connecting people on behalf of our customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• SLG & LUGs (Where applicable)

Knowledge

• Experience with UG power lines

• Experienced with all types of civil builds

• Ability to work with minimum supervision

• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Able to balance competing priorities and meet personal targets within a fluctuating & demanding workload
