We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Manager to join our team at Mount Charles Group covering Translink sites. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.


Working Pattern:
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Five nights out of seven
  • 9pm to 4.30am

​​​​​The Role: ​​​​​​​
  • Due to growth in our cleaning division and the award of a prestigious cleaning contract, we are currently looking to recruit a strong, experienced and dynamic Cleaning Manager to run this multi-site contract.
  • This role demands a manger with the right attitude, determination and experience to deal with a contract of this magnitude
  • You will be fully accountable for all aspects of the operation including the management of a large team. The role requires a high level of interaction and communication on the ground including attending regular meetings. Strong and effective communication skills are essential.
The Person:
  • Have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Cleaning Manager with a strong career background within the industry
  • Proven experience of working within multi-site operations
  • Strong manager with the proven ability to lead. 
  • Confident in liaising with clients. 
  • Hands on approach in all areas of cleaning
  • Up to date with the latest industry machinery and concepts and be able to demonstrate this knowledge
  • Able to think logistically and work under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional
  • Clean and valid driving licence - Company vehicle supplied for role.
  • The successful candidate's job offer will be subject to passing a Personal Track Safety Medical Assessment. This will include a full and thorough medical, (including a drug and alcohol test) for the purpose of Public Train Safety prior to appointment.
  • Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis. The post also requires proficient skills in computer literacy.
