We are looking for a Full-time Cleaning Manager to join our team in Sligo
Working pattern: Monday-Friday from 08:00-16:00
Main duties and responsibilities:
This role will be Overall responsibility for all operational aspects of the sites they manage, new business, HR aspects, training for the region responsible.
- Lead and manage the cleaning staff
- Ensuring correct and thorough training is given to all employees
- Organizing relief work for those on holidays or out due to illness.
- Adhere to all companies policies & procedures
- Attend training and meetings as required and appropriate
- Participate in performance reviews, trainings, audits
- Keep accurate records in relation to all aspects of work and prepare reports as required
- Have a flexible approach to work in response to business change, development and review of best practice
Requirements and skills:
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
- Ability to work as part of a management team
- Planning, organizing, conflict management
- Decision-making and problem-solving
- Communication, leading and influencing
- Experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Full clean driving licence
