We are looking for a Full-time Cleaning Manager to join our team in Sligo

Working pattern: Monday-Friday from 08:00-16:00

Main duties and responsibilities:

This role will be Overall responsibility for all operational aspects of the sites they manage, new business, HR aspects, training for the region responsible.

  • Lead and manage the cleaning staff
  • Ensuring correct and thorough training is given to all employees
  • Organizing relief work for those on holidays or out due to illness.
  • Adhere to all companies policies & procedures
  • Attend training and meetings as required and appropriate
  • Participate in performance reviews, trainings, audits
  • Keep accurate records in relation to all aspects of work and prepare reports as required
  • Have a flexible approach to work in response to business change, development and review of best practice

Requirements and skills:

  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
  • Ability to work as part of a management team
  • Planning, organizing, conflict management
  • Decision-making and problem-solving
  • Communication, leading and influencing
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Full clean driving licence
  • IND1
