We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team based at Merchants Quay Ireland, Dublin. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company. 



Working Pattern: 
  • 10 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • 19.00 - 21:00

The Role:
  • Contract Auditing 
  • Client Contact 
  • Assisting with Payroll when needed
  • Uniforms – checking all staff are in full uniform
  • Machine Repairs
  • Assisting the operations manager with Induction Training
  • Daily Staff Management 
  • Holiday Cover
  • Stock Ordering
  • Employee Appreciation 
  • Ensuring all members of staff are completing their roles to the best of their abilities including checking each of their areas on an adhoc basis
  • Ensuring all areas are fully stock such as toilet role dispensers, soap dispensers etc.
  • Full compliance with COSHH and colour coding.
  • Keeping own store area clean, tidy, colour coded and up to spec.
  • Fully flexible approach needed

The Person:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  •  NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential
  • Previous work experience in customer service employment
  • Must have experience in Supervisor Role for minimum 1 year.
  • Must have strong communication Skills.
  • Must have Passport in Date.
  • Must have Proof of PPSN.
  • Must have right to work/Visa if applicable.
  • Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work, instructions and communicating with customer on a day-today basis.
