Cleansing Operative

To undertake various duties associated with Street Cleansing functions of the Council. This may involve the use of a street barrow or as part of a mechanical sweeping team.

• There is 1 permanent post available
• Based in Balloo Environmental Resource Centre, Bangor, however the successful candidate will work throughout the Borough
• A reserve list may be kept from this recruitment exercise
• Applicants must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Appointment will be subject to satisfactory completion of a medical questionnaire including a pre-employment Drugs and Alcohol Screening
