Clerical Officer, Acute Neuroscience, Speciality & Rehabilitation Medicine

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the Clerical Officer Grade III is to carry out administration duties on the wards including filing, answering phones, monitoring the reception desk and door and carrying out admin duties to support nursing on the ward. The Clerical Officer Grade III will ensure that charts are provided and tracked to correct location, they will be responsible for charts and to have all completed to the required operational standards in line with the competency framework.

This role will be for a fixed purpose full time contract to cover career break.
