Clerical Officer
Administrator Clerical Officer Grade IV
Full Time, Permanent Contract
The post holder will join a dedicated and skilled administration team. This will be an organisational wide administrative function with a large component of this post providing administrative support to the Gait Laboratory and other Enhanced Complex Care Pathways as required.
Essential requirements are:
- Three years relevant hospital administration experience or similar
- Excellent customer care, interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant ICT skills to include dictation typing and a comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent team-work skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Demonstrate a flexible working approach and personal motivation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all dealings with members of the public and clinic staff
- Excellent organisational skills, particularly being able to prioritise tasks
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Desirable requirements are:
- A relevant third level / QQI qualification
- Knowledge of CM8 clinical manager system
- Knowledge of medical terminology
