Clerical Officer, Reception
Clerical Officer Grade III - Reception (15hrs p/w plus relief hrs)
Applicants should:
· Have flexibility around shifts as per the service requirements to include Days, Evenings & Nights.
· Be educated to Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent.
· Have computer and keyboard skills.
· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Work well in a busy environment.
· Have the ability to work on own initiative, prioritise and manage a number of issues simultaneously.
· Have excellent attention to detail.
· Experience of working on a switchboard would be an advantage.
*Applicants should also have availability work extra shifts on an adhoc basis (Relief)
