APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION:

CLERICAL V

PERMANENT PART-TIME CONTRACT (17.5 Hours Per Week).

ST VINCENTS SERVICES, LIMERICK

Salary:€51,718- €61,866* (lsi)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Essential:

· Minimum of 3 years within the last 5 years administrative experience preferably in the Health Sector or similar organisation.

· Excellent Microsoft Office skills - particularly Word/Excel/Power Point/SharePoint

· Excellent administration/clerical skills, including minute taking and transcription.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required, including attention to detail and multi-tasking

Desirable:

  • Experience with Databases (in particular NASS).
  • Hold a comparable and relevant third level qualification of at least level 6
  • Experience working in a busy environment, dealing with numerous staff and confidential data.
  • Be self-motivated and willing to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative
  • Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
