Clerical V Payroll Administration

Permanent Full Time Contract (35 HPW)

Central Management, St Vincent’ Centre, Navan Road, Dublin 7

Salary: €48,085 -€57,573

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Essential:

• Relevant Payroll qualifications IPASS or equivalent and a minimum of two years experience working in a busy Payroll office

• Thorough working knowledge of Megapay or equivalent

• Proficient in spreadsheets and report generation

• Good working knowledge of the PAYE system

Desirable:

• Be self-motivated and willing to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative

• Good telephone manner with experience of dealing with queries from staff

• Excellent communication, telephone and interpersonal skills

• Effective problem solving skills and the demonstrative ability to manage time effectively
