TTM Healthcare Solutions is Ireland’s leading specialist in healthcare talent solutions. We are currently seeking a Client Development Executive to join our Temp Ireland Division. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing and dynamic team.

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven professional who is a self-starter, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role is based in our Ennis HQ, with a hybrid working arrangement available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a defined portfolio of healthcare clients across an assigned regional market

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective client organisations

• Schedule and attend client meetings independently, maintaining strong and consistent engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare organisations

• Develop a deep understanding of client workforce needs and recruitment priorities • Identify opportunities to expand services across additional sites, service lines, and workforce categories

• Represent the organisation at client meetings, site visits, and industry engagements • Engage with healthcare networks, industry events, and professional forums to strengthen market presence

• Develop relationships with universities, colleges, and training providers to support talent pipeline activity • Work closely with internal recruitment, candidate experience, and compliance teams to ensure effective service delivery

• Provide regular updates on client activity, pipeline development, and market intelligence

• Maintain accurate CRM records across all client engagement and opportunities

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in recruitment, business development, or client relationship management

• Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships

• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities

• Confident in managing a client portfolio independently • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Professional and confident in client-facing environments

• Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams

• Proactive, resilient, and motivated in a target-driven environment

• Understanding of healthcare or recruitment environments (desirable)
