- Remuneration - €89,184 (point 1) to €98,158 (point 7)
- Annual Leave - As per Health Service Executive (HSE) -

PURPOSE OF THE POST
Peamount Healthcare, in partnership with the HSE Spark Innovation Programme, is recruiting a Clinical Innovation Specialist to lead and deliver service improvement and innovation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clinical teams, managers, patients and external partners to co-design, test and spread new approaches that improve patient care, pathways and outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Drive clinical and service innovation
- Collaborate with staff and partners to design and embed innovation supports
- Build innovation capacity through training, mentorship and resources
- Lead programme delivery, reporting and evaluation to ensure measurable impact.
REQUIREMENTS
- Health & Social Care Professional (CORU registered or eligible) with 5+ years post-qualification experience OR equivalent relevant background.
- Relevant third-level qualification (e.g. Innovation, Design, Business, Technology).
- Proven experience in healthcare innovation, project management or service improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
