Clinical Midwife Specialist

• ·To work within a multidisciplinary team in the provision of a safe, effective, high quality midwifery and nursing service to women, babies and their families. He/she will have overall responsibility for the effective use of midwifery / nursing and support services resources in the delivery of care. Key working relationships will include Director of Midwifery, Assistant Director of Midwifery, CMM3’s, CMM2’s, CMS’s Midwives Perinatal Consultant Psychiatrist or spoke Liaison Psychiatrist as appropriate.
• To work with Health Care Assistants, Obstetricians and Junior doctors.
