CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER 2

Adult Day Services, Dublin

PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (37.5 Hours Per Week)

Salary: €61,463 - € 77,666* (lsi)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Essential:

· NMBI Registration-RNID.

· Management Qualification- Possess a Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent.

· Have a detailed knowledge of the New Directions Standards

· Full Clean Driving Licence for Manual Vehicles and access to own car.

· Minimum 1 years CNM 1/ equivalent

Desirable:

· Have at least 5 years previous experience within the area of Intellectual Disability

· Have previous experience in supporting individuals with autism and mental illness, and complex physical needs

· Have the ability to work effectively with families and the wider MDT

· Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and the capacity to manage change.

Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
