Clinical Nurse Manager, Co-ordinator Lower Gastrointestinal Cancer

· To co-ordinate and support an efficient, effective and high-quality service that provides continuity of care and quality of life to patients diagnosed with lower GI cancer.

· Plan, implement, deliver, and evaluate care for a caseload of Lower GI Cancer patients in collaboration with Consultant Surgeons and CNS.

· Act as an informed resource for health and social care professionals involved in the care of patients with Lower GI Cancer.

· Facilitate and contribute to education and training for health and social care professionals in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

· Support the collection of data in relation to Lower GI Cancer patients.

· Attend and participate in the weekly Lower GI Cancer MDT at MMUH.
