Clinical Nurse Manager Endoscopy Validation & Surveillance Services

The purpose of this Clinical Nurse manager 2 Endoscopy Validation & Surveillance post is to work as a key member of the multidisciplinary Endoscopy team providing a patient/client centred quality service to patients and clients. This specialist practice will encompass a major clinical focus which comprises of telephone assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care given to clients.

Caseload

The Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Endoscopy Validation & Surveillance services will focus on the following patient/client groups prior to admission for their procedure:

Patients on existing Endoscopy Waiting Lists. These patients may require periodic validation that they still need to undergo the procedure.

Patients electively referred for Endoscopy to ensure they meet Triage Criteria before being placed on waiting lists.
