The Clinical Nurse Manager II – General Wards Night Duty, will have overall responsibility to support staff training, education, mentoring and development. The successful candidate will provide professional and clinical leadership and vision, to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and patient centred care.

The post holder will be required to provide cover for the Night Assistant Director of Nursing during periods of planned and unplanned absence, ensuring continuity of leadership and operational oversight.
