Clinical Nurse Manager II

Saint Josephs Centre, the only residential care home in Ireland dedicated to dementia care, is seeking a confident, dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to join our team. This is a pivotal role in the co-ordination, leadership and a management of clinical activities and resources at the centre. The successful applicant will be a confident self-starter with experience managing teams in a clinical care environment with an ability to work with a variety of healthcare professional and a strong attention to detail. An authoritative driven leader motivating team members by connecting their work to the organisational strategy and helping them understand how their day-today tasks contribute to a greater purpose. A clear and effective communicator, encouraging the individuals to deliver person-centred care goal in a meaningful and tangible way whilst maintain standards and compliance consistently.
