Clinical Nurse Manager, Medical A

Medical 2A is a unit comprising of 18 beds, providing care to predominantly medical patients and care of the elderly. Staffed by a CNM 2, CNM 1 and skilled nursing team the focus is to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.

A strong ethos of team working exists, whereby nursing staff work closely with medical and allied health professionals to cohesively deliver patient focussed, evidence based care.

Future developments will include the development of Medical 2A as the Specialist Geriatric Unit within Tipperary University Hospital.
