Clinical Nurse Manager, Medical Day Unit

Purpose of the Role

The post holder will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the Medical Day Unit, in collaboration with department management and the multidisciplinary team and will ensure patients are provided quality nursing care in line with national and international standards of best practice.

Essential Criteria:

· RCN / RN Child Branch with 5 years post graduate experience or RGN with 5 years paediatric experience.

· Management experience

· Commitment to obtain degree/diploma in management

· Experience of working with a multidisciplinary team
