Clinical Nurse Manager Oncology/haematology Inpatient Unit

The function of the Clinical Nurse Manager 1 is to develop, maintain, and evaluate an environment that supports the professional nurse in the provision of excellence in patient care. It is predominantly a clinical role with an educational focus. The Clinical Nurse Manager 1 will deputise for the Unit Manager as required.

Other key responsibilities are delivery of agreed KPI’s, Nursing Metrics, Quality, Audit and Safety, Promotion of good working relationships and adherence to the highest standards of patient care.
