Clinical Nurse Manager, Pre-operative Assessment Unit

The role of the Preoperative Assessment Unit CNM2 is to support best practice to facilitate efficient management of patient admissions; through assessment of the patient’s readiness prior to admission and prior to anaesthetic procedure for elective surgery/intervention. In conjunction with the Directorate Nurse Manager and CNM3, the Preoperative Assessment Unit CNM2 will be responsible for the day to day coordination of the clinic.
