We are currently inviting applications for the position of Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) for a permanent full-time role at Willowglade.

This is a key leadership role supporting the overall governance and management of the service, ensuring all care is delivered to a high standard and in a person-centred manner.

Essential Criteria:

• Be a Registered Nurse in Intellectual Disability (RNID) and registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Nurses from other disciplines with minimum 3 years' experience in intellectual disability may also apply.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Staff Nurse in intellectual disability.
• At least 6 months’ experience in:
• Supporting staff,
• Leading/managing teams,
• Resource management,
• Administrative responsibilities.
• Knowledge and experience of:
• Health Act 2007 and HIQA Regulations (2013),
• Managing individuals with complex health needs,
• The Safeguarding Vulnerable Persons at Risk of Abuse Policy.
• Strong commitment to:
• Person-centred care,
• Teamwork,
• Continuous Professional Development.
• Key-working experience.
• A management qualification is an advantage, or willingness to complete one.

Salary:

In line with HSE Revised Consolidated Clinical Nurse Manager 1 Salary Scale., Point 1: 57,780 to Point 8: 68,046 per annum based on 37.5 hours working week.
