The Department of Occupational Medicine is an active and essential contributor to the hospital’s response to COVID-19. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Occupational Health Nurse join an established team in a teaching hospital.

The Department provides and will provide services to the hospital and its affiliated Institutions, Clinics and associated companies at present in being and as many come on stream in the future.

1. Identification of jobs with health risks.

2. Identification of hazards and controls for health risks at work.

3. Selection of workers according to health standards for particular occupations

4. Promotion of health amongst workers

5. Provision of training and education in health aspects of employment.
