Clinical Nurse Manger St Bernard's Ward

The primary role of the Clinical Nurse Manager 1 is one of clinical and professional leadership in the nursing team. To provide clinical and educational support to the nursing staff of the purpose of promoting the highest standards of safe, quality care to patients. The CNM 1 will deputise for the CNM 2 in their absence. In collaboration with key stakeholders, the post holder will facilitate the implementation of National Clinical Care Programmes with particular emphasis on the National Isolation Unit. Ensuring the provision of care is consistent with the hospital ethos and strategic plan.
