Clinical Nurse Specialist Diabetes

The organisation will consider the post specific requirements or experience required in developing the specific CNS Specialist Diabetes service.

For example: Demonstrate depth and breadth of Nursing/Midwifery experience in the specialist area of Specialist Diabetes.

· Have undertaken or agree to undertake, within an agreed timeframe, the Nurse Prescribing of Medicinal Products Certificate.

· Have undertaken or agree to undertake, within an agreed timeframe, the Nurse Prescribing of Ionising Radiation Certificate.
