The Opportunity

As Clinical Practice Development Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to our multidisciplinary teams, driving innovation, quality improvement and evidence-based practice across the organisation.

You will work closely with senior leaders, managers and clinical professionals to:

✅ Lead and develop multidisciplinary services

✅ Drive person-centred and rights-based practice

✅ Champion quality, governance and service improvement

✅ Support complex case reviews and clinical decision-making

✅ Foster collaboration, learning and innovation

✅ Translate strategy into meaningful outcomes for people supported

Who We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in hearing from high-calibre candidates with backgrounds in:

• Social Work
• Social Care
• Psychology
• Nursing
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech & Language Therapy
• Physiotherapy
• Positive Behaviour Support
• Disability Services Leadership

You will bring:

✔ A relevant professional qualification (Level 8 or above)

✔ At least 5 years' post-qualification experience

✔ Senior leadership or management experience

✔ Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, projects or services

✔ Strong understanding of HIQA Standards, safeguarding and rights-based practice

✔ A collaborative, compassionate and values-led leadership style

✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and change management skills
