Clinical Skills Facilitator, Theatre

The primary purpose of the post of the Clinical Skills Facilitator is to provide clinical support to qualified nurses to be competent skilled and professional members of the multidisciplinary team who provide exemplary nursing care to patients and their families who use our service. The role of the Clinical skills Facilitator is to support qualified nurses/midwives in developing skills and competencies in order to fulfil their roles and responsibilities in an ever changing health service.
