We are looking for an individual with a passion for property and a ‘can do’ attitude. This role will suit someone who has experience working in a customer focused role and is able to bring resolution to customer issues in a timely manner, has excellent communication and administration skills. The following is a guide to day-to-day duties, but other ad hoc tasks will arise as the role as the role develops.

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Liaising with purchasers in relation to snagging, closing of the sale on their properties, and general queries
  • Liaising with third parties (i.e. Solicitors, County Councils, Housing Agencies, Architects, Sales Agents, Site, Utility Companies)
  • Coordination of paperwork for closing of sales
  • Support the Aftercare Team throughout the closings process, i.e. help coordinate the handover of keys, welcome packs, utility accounts
  • Act as first point of contact for homeowners, always delivering a first-class customer service
  • Manage various inboxes and multiple requests, as well as updating our CRM system
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with buyers, site, and contractors, ensuring any works are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
  • Deal with any customer complaints that arise
  • Occasional site visits when required
  • Attending meetings/calls, recording minutes, and providing general admin support
  • Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in customer facing role essential
  • Experience in the construction sector a distinct advantage
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
  • Flexibility in a team environment and a willingness to take on extra work as required is essential
  • Requirement to work outside normal hours on occasion
  • Positive, enthusiastic, energetic and solutions focused
  • Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full driver’s license and full-time access to car
