CNM, Acute Medical Assessment Unit

The purpose of the CNM 1 role is to be creating and maintaining a therapeutic environment for the service users in providing optimum standard of care within the area of Infectious diseases. The primary role of this post holder will be of clinical and managerial focus in team building and maintaining relationship with service users, staff and students. The role hugely involves an educational and quality improvement focus by means of in-service training and audits. Exercise authority in the running of the assigned area(s) as deputised by the CNM2.
